Position: Customer Relation Assistant (Internship)
Allowance: RM500
Working Days: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Location: L1-13A, Cova Square, Jalan Teknologi PJU5, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and passionate Customer Relation Assistant (Internship) to join our internal team at RedRadar International. This role is specially designed for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on, real-world experience in customer engagement, communication, and data coordination within the recruitment industry.
You will support the team in strengthening client relationships by collecting valuable feedback, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with internal operational processes. This internship will provide you with valuable industry exposure and practical skills that will benefit your future career.
This position is ideal for individuals who are confident in communication, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contact clients to gather feedback regarding the services provided by RedRadar
2. Complete and update required forms based on client feedback
3. Maintain and update the client database, dashboard master list, and profiling records with accuracy
4. Support the internal team in handling basic administrative and client communication tasks
5. Attend and assist in client appointments or meetings when required
6. Participate in company-organised activities such as welfare programmes and internal initiatives
Requirements
1. Open to students or fresh graduates in Business, Administration, Human Resource, Communication, Marketing, or related fields
2. Strong interest in customer service and relationship management
3. Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and basic English
4. Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible in handling data
5. Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional environment
6. Able to commit to the full internship period
