About the role

Join the dynamic team at Petronas AutoExpert Jin San as a Customer Relation Assistant (Petronas AutoExpert) based in Matang, Kuching, Sarawak. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Provide prompt and courteous response to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Petronas AutoExpert services Accurately document and record customer interactions and activities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests Assist in the implementation of customer retention strategies and initiatives Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record in a customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking to address customer inquiries and concerns Demonstrated experience in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably within the automotive industry Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry
