To provide technical support, planning and implementation of housing defects maintenance activities and tasks to ensure smooth running of management.
Troubleshoot and solving emergency in the most effective and efficient manner with main contractor, Subcontractor.
Liaise and coordinate with project personnel, Customer Relation Officer, Customer or end user (house owner) on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance/ defects issues in the best manner.
To carry out predictive & preventive maintenance/defects works according to the planned schedule.
Assist to develop and enhance existing maintenance/ defects program management to be more proactive manner.
Comprehensive records keeping of all maintenance/ defects activities.
Plans and implement daily, weekly, monthly and yearly routine maintenance/ defects programs and emergency recovering plans.
Attending to customer, contractor on site to support and coordination works.
Follow up with the daily routine job that has been assigned by the Manager
Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.
Preparing SOP for end users to use where necessary.
Manage maintenance/defects inventory (tools, spare parts and etc.) to ensure parts are available in time of needs.
To ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all times (5S).
May be required to work in shift or weekend to support the required maintenance/ defects activities.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Discuss and update the status to the superior timely.
To be based at Batu Pahat Branch Office
Working period of Monday-Saturday (8am-5pm)
Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Architecture,Property Development / Real Estate Management,Engineering (Civil),Human Resource Management
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
Preferably specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
