• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma/Degree in Business or relevant scope.
• Good communication, analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills.
• Able to conduct Presentations / Walkthroughs with Customers
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia as this role required to liaise clients
• Knowledgeable in Business Analysis
• Fast learner and self-motivated
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlooks)
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to Apply
• Able to travel Northern and Southern

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with important clients.
• Issues with clients should be handled quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure customer database is updated in a timely manner and protected at all times through constant monitoring.
• To ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
• To compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Formally documenting prioritized solution requirements that are aligned with technical and business feasibility.
• Provide consultation to clients and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
• User support, assist in troubleshoot and rectify issues logged.
• Preparation of Functional and Technical Specifications, process flows and use-case diagrams.
• Perform the role of team lead in implementation of projects and enhancements.
• May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups.
