Job Description

To perform administrative & clerical function

Manage customer service experince by creating a supportive customer satisfaction work environment.

Prepare & provide customer service analysis report :-

i) Customer Focus Compliance Analysis

ii) 72 hour call back

iii) Complaint Analysis

iv) CSI Trend Analysis

*To handle, track & resolve customer complaints

*To manage service appointment system

*To update customer complaint within 24 hours and ensure daily tracking & updates of customer complaints

*Attend customer
