Responsibilities
- Main task is to maintain good rapport and relationship with all purchasers and agents.
- Ensure the sale gallery is always neat and tidy.
- Answering phone calls, enquiries from purchasers and agents
- To assist in housing loan application and signing of Sale & Purchase Agreement
- To carry out market survey of all competitors, compile and prepare market survey reports.
- To assist/advise customer on matters related to the purchase of property e.g Sale & Purchase Agreement, loan procedures and etc
- Candidates possess bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree of Business Administration / Project Management / Business Management or equivalent.
- Preferably candidates able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Good interpersonal skills, dependable and hardworking.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Fresh grads are welcome! On job training will be provided.
