SPM / Diploma or its equivalent
Preferably at least 3-5 years of experience in customer service related field.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to converse in English, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia and other local dialects would be added advantages.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all level of personnel.
Good planning and organizational skills, computer literate.

To ensure meet patients and visitors needs by delivering effective communications and assistance in various area.
To act as service ambassador in the hospital, attending to enquiries of patient and visitors regarding our hospital service and available amenities.
To plan and implement strategies in enhancing patients or their caregivers' journey in the hospital.
Facilitate and assist patient logistic services from the pick up point.
To ensure all feedback / complaints or grievances from patients or visitors are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
To assist in replying general inquiries received via email , telephone calls and so forth.
Perform any other job duties or participate in project that are assigned from the management from time to time.
