At least 1 years of experience in customer service experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge on how to use Outlook, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, Bahasa Melaka & English Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients).
Strong multitasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills needed: Good communication/ customer service skills, accurate and logical problem solving, multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone, email, social media, or online chat.
Resolve customer problems, complaints, and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Record and manage customer information and interactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Aid customers in resolving product or service-related problems, including guiding them through troubleshooting and repairs.
Coordinate with other departments or teams to resolve customer issues.
Provide customers with information about products, services, or policies to help them make informed decisions.
Educate customers on how to use the company\'s online platforms or self-service options.
Comply with the company\'s customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
