Candidate must possess at least a SPM Certificates / Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia,

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work 6 days a week.
Interested in customer service and communication.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service and assistance, cashier, telemarketing or related field.
Responsibilities
Arrange dental appointments for patient according to the Doctor and Patient schedules.
Respond to all customer inquiries through all channels, including phone calls, Whatsapp, and social media in a timely and thorough manner.
Prepare daily appointment reports to ensure planning and smooth operations for doctors and dental assistants.
Obtaining feedback from patients regarding past treatments and assuring that feedback, including suggestions and complaints, are recorded for follow-up action.
Managing the doctor\'s working schedule including the management of locum doctor\'s schedule.
Handle "Customer Retention" activities by contacting old customers to schedule annual dental check-ups and sharing promotions and new packages
Updates daily reports to record customer volume, physician sales performance and marketing data for analytical purposes.
