: -Responding to calls, emails and all forms of electronic communications in a timely, skilful and professional manner -Maintain and develop meaningful relationships with existing and new clients \xef\x82\xb7 Recommend and source for revenue generating opportunities while interacting with clients -Collaborate well with all suppliers and Mayflower departments to cultivate a win-win partnership -Meet company goals & sales target Requirement: -Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in related industry -Good communication & Interpersonal skills -Willing to learn and take responsibility -Knowledge with IATA / Travel related system will be advantage - Language : English, Malay
