POSITION: Customer Relations Executive ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Handle administrative functions for seamless daily operations, including finance-related tasks. Support the team with meticulous data entry, document management, and purchasing processes. Coordinate schedules, travel, and meeting logistics efficiently. Uphold exceptional customer service standards and promptly respond to inquiries. Collaborate with the customer service team on administrative duties related to client interactions. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field. Previous administrative or customer service experience is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to effective service delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail for clear and accurate customer communication. Proficiency in basic computer applications and a willingness to learn new software for enhanced efficiency. Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on customer satisfaction. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and efficient completion of responsibilities..
