Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints politely, and maintain positive relationships.
Identify customer needs, recommend suitable programs, and guide them through registration, documentation, and payment processes.
Convert inquiries into enrollments through genuine, friendly communication focused on customer satisfaction.
Update customer records, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and support marketing or promotional activities.
Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth communication and operations.
