Role Summary:

We are looking for a qualified CS Relationship Intern to join our CS engagement team and help us achieve our goals. You will provide support to CS engagement team about administrative works on products, orders, deliveries, and company policy. Administrative employees can help companies improve efficiency, provide satisfactory customer experiences, and elevate processes. CS Relationship Intern provide important functions for the CS Engagement Team, customers, and businesses they assist.

The candidate should possess good listening skills and the ability to response quickly. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you. There are several primary responsibilities common to this occupation.

What you\'ll be doing:
  • Perform Customer Due-Diligence - for existing and new clients.
  • API connectivity and technical-related queries/ follow up.
  • Commercial- related fulfilment/ delivery.
  • Lead assignment to Customer Engagement team.
  • Assist on vendor registration.
  • Administrative duties for CS engagement team includes maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Assist in new product testing, implementation, and launches.
  • Responsible for deploying and applying all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform and achieve the KPI as assigned.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications

More about You:
  • Open for ongoing students/recent graduates with Business Administration/Operation/Customer Service background - added advantage for candidates with skills in Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written)
  • Passionate in learning Data Management (Data Entry)
  • Internship period 3 months ONLY
  • Able to start March 2024
