Sales and Business Development
Proactively identify and secure new business leads within the industry and leveraging market research and networking to expand client base and drive revenue growth.
Contact clients, perform timely follow-ups, and schedule client meetings to nurture relationships and advance deal opportunities
Propose tailored solutions that address each client's specific needs and risk profiles.
Relationship Management
Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
Act as the key liaison, providing timely support, advice, and problem resolution.
Travel & Networking
Travel to client sites, attend business events, and engage with industry stakeholders to grow the business network.
Utilize personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and business pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, projections, and market insights to management.
Compliance & Industry Knowledge
Ensure all insurance offerings are compliant with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Continuously update knowledge of market trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
Perform additional duties or special projects as directed by the Management.
Respond flexibly to changing business needs and contribute to ongoing insurance initiatives in both commercial vehicle and non-motor segments.
Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
