Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary:
RM4,000 - RM4,500Incentives & Bonuses:
Performance incentive: Up to RM2,000/quarter Performance bonus: Up to 6 months (Individual + Company) Year-end bonus: 1 month

Customer Relationship Management Executives
. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy interacting with customers, developing communication skills, and growing their career in a supportive and performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop customer relationships daily through
WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Phone Calls, or CRM systems
. Understand customer needs and preferences to offercompetitive products and services
. Assist in preparingbusiness proposals and sales pitches
with effective written communication. Analyze and summarizemarket trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
to improve overall performance. Track and updateconversion rates, active customer data, and sales progress
within the CRM system. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and support other ad-hoc duties as directed by management.Qualifications & Requirements
SPM or higher qualification
. Minimum1 year of experience
in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or related industries (at least 6 months in the same company). Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions or seek guidance. Added advantage if you can provide3 months of consecutive sales records
with proven results.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
