Customer Relationship Management Executives

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop customer relationships daily through
WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Phone Calls, or CRM systems
.
Understand customer needs and preferences to offer
competitive products and services
.
Assist in preparing
business proposals and sales pitches
with effective written communication.
Analyze and summarize
market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
to improve overall performance.
Track and update
conversion rates, active customer data, and sales progress
within the CRM system.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and support other ad-hoc duties as directed by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
SPM or higher qualification
.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or related industries (at least 6 months in the same company).
Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions or seek guidance.
Added advantage if you can provide
3 months of consecutive sales records
with proven results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
