Job Description


  • Handle inbounds call/outbound calls/live chat/email enquiries
  • Provide effective solution for customer issue.
  • Follow up and respond back to user on timely manner.
  • To deliver excellent customer service to customer via phone or any other channels.
  • To provide accurate information on products and services to customer
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.
  • Deliver the best service to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
  • You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
  • Any others and responsibilities that may be assigned from your superior from time to time for the effective implementation , maintenance and continual improvement of the Customer Service Quality Management System.
  • Follow required procedures and processes to resolve customer inquiries or complaints
Location: D-01-01 Pusat Komersial Bayu Tasek, Persiaran Southkey 1, Kota Southkey, 80150 Johor Bahru.
