We are looking for a

Customer Representative

who is passionate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will handle both sales and customer support duties, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via

WhatsApp, email, and phone calls

Promote and close sales

effectively to meet company targets

Customize orders

according to customer requirements Manage

order processing (in & out)

and coordinate with logistics teams Oversee

packaging and quality control (QC)

to ensure product standards Respond to

social media inquiries

and maintain good customer engagement

Multitask

efficiently across sales, support, and operations tasks Maintain a

high level of attention to detail

in all duties

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work independently Organized and detail-oriented Experience in sales, e-commerce, or customer support is an added advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
