Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused

Customer Sales Representative

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting products or services, processing sales orders, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to promote products and services. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information. Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and sales orders. Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure after-sales satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth delivery and customer support. Maintain and update customer database and sales records.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Fresh Graduate or related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Result-oriented, confident, and self-motivated. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
