Job Requirements:

• Able speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• At least Higher Secondary/STPM/Pre-U and above.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and MS Excel

ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:

• Prepare, general typing, filing and checking verify all the documents
• Data entry production output, tooling record.
• Label, document printing to support production need.
• Daily departmental general work coordination & administration.
• Fixed asset audit and labelling monitoring.
• Assist Planning or production on DO Issue request.
• Collects data and compiles reports about production, ensure all documentation necessary for regulatory compliance is completed accurately.
• Provide regular status reports to management on application status and other metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
