MohonKelayakanWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Admin to provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful applicant will be the frontline of communication, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a smooth service experience.Tanggungjawab-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy.-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.-Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any customer issues promptly.-Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.-Contribute to the improvement of customer service procedures and policies.ManfaatEPF, PERKESO, Medical Claim, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Overtime Pay and Annual Bonus providedPossess own transport.Training will be provided.Working HoursMon to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pmSaturday 8.30am to 1.00pmLocation, Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.KemahiranCommunication Skills Attention to Detail Problem-Solving Skills Conflict ResolutionImportant InformationNever provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
