Job Description


: - Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management/Marketing or equivalent

- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

- Preferably candidate specialized in Customer Service or equivalent

; - Excellent communication skill is required to ensure effective conveyance of information and execution of duties in a cross

-functional setting

- Candidate needs to be customer-oriented, demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease, be self-motivated and proactive, have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, have critical attention to detail, be able to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects, and have creative problem-solving skills

- Follow up open tickets to ensure resolution
