  • 6 days work (Mon - Sat 9am - 6pm)
  • Lunch break 1 hour (12pm - 1pm)
  • Location at Shah Alam Industry Area
  • Responsibility and time management is important
  • Must be work from office
  • Mandarin speaker will be preferred, as require liaise with China
Tanggungjawab
  • Delivery Schedule Plan (work out with another 2 customer service officer)
  • Call & Message via social media app to every customer to check the delivery schedule
  • Team player
  • Self discipline to manage well of your own customer order
  • Resolve all the problem from driver and customer
  • Liaise well with china customer for the order detail
  • Manage delivery system
