- SPM/STPM or Diploma in any relevant fields.
- POSSES EXPERIENCES IN HANDLING FOREIGN WORKER IS A GREAT ADVANTAGE.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer & Microsoft literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under less supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Positive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Able to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Working Days : Monday to Friday
- Working Hours : 9:30am to 5:30pm
- Perform administrative works.
- Managing internal and external correspondence.
- Collecting, preparing and checking of client\'s documents.
- Drafting of letters, sale kits, and other documents upon requests.
- Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records.
- General office management such as maintain office stationery.
- Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates.
- Screening requests for meetings, scheduling and organizing meetings.
- Liaising with other staff relating to the organization\'s operations.
