Greet and assist customers with
pawning, redeeming, and renewing
luxury items
Record and maintain customer information, pawn tickets, and loan documents
accurately
Handle
data entry
for all transactions and ensure accuracy in the system
Maintain proper
filing systems
(digital and physical)
Ensure the
front desk and display area
are clean, secure, and well-organised
Answer phone calls, and handle general administrative duties
