Manage the the day-to-day operation, administration and communication of an education institution.
Responsible to handle customer enquiries and provide update and solutions through whatsapp, email or calls.
Prepare paperwork eg quotation, invoice, timetable, printing, sorting, filing etc.
Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM / IGCSE, STPM / A-Level, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent.
Excellent organization skills, problem solving skills and communications skills.
Prefer candidates who are hardworking, a self-starter, and proactive in work.
Able to work multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
Proficient in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
