As a Customer Success Specialist, you\'ll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service by answering customer inquiries via inbound phone call and email channels. While you help customers, you take that opportunity to really get to know them and start identifying what products can really help them in their social media business. Your Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (inbound phone calls and email). \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing payments and confidential client information in a manner that is precise and safeguards the customer\xe2\x80\x99s personal and financial payment data at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pro-actively support customers to mitigate the risk of damage to the client\xe2\x80\x99s brand and customer loyalty. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels as and when necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works harmoniously with other team members to identify better ways of working and promotes a culture of continuously improving the customer support experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains and improves quality of service by sharing suggestions and recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeps job knowledge and skills up to date by attending training and continuously learning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meets all key performance indicators set by the company and client. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adheres to the policies and procedures set by the company and client Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in Mandarin, and English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to handle queries and objections in a professional manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate about communication and interacting with people is key to success in this role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to demonstrate critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer Service orientation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy score. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Who is Teleperformance Malaysia?
