RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attend to fiber inbound and outbound calls from customers, identify their technical, billing and product issues.
  • Attend to customers to resolve issues by providing the right solution or trouble shooting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in handling calls regarding fiber troubleshoot.
  • Must work ratotional shift, during weekends & Public Holiday.

Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
