RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month Education:
- Attend to fiber inbound and outbound calls from customers, identify their technical, billing and product issues.
- Attend to customers to resolve issues by providing the right solution or trouble shooting.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree.
- Must have 1 year of experience in handling calls regarding fiber troubleshoot.
- Must work ratotional shift, during weekends & Public Holiday.
- Salary Range: RM2500 - RM3400
- Shift Allowance Provided
- EPF & Socso Provided
