Job Scope:
Familiarize with tools and services, with the focus of communicating and encouraging sellers to adopt relevant tools and services to improve their performance.
Analyses sellers\xe2\x80\x99 business performance to support sellers with insights on tools adoption, relevant practices to improve business performance on said e-commerce platform. This includes understanding trends on seller\xe2\x80\x99s performance, practices on platform, and advise sellers accordingly on the best steps to gain advantage to achieve better performance.
Reach out and incubate 20-30 of seller a day via calls, WhatsApp conversations and other means applicable.
Build rapport with sellers and provide positive consultation experience with:
- Friendly and professional support during calls & conversations. - Accountability & Ownership \xe2\x80\x93 calling back on time. - Adjusting to the sellers\xe2\x80\x99 pace and needs. - Escalating matters \xe2\x80\x93 in case business owners raises issues outside of scope and support.
Ensure daily & monthly targets are met.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure positive seller experience.
Familiarize with e-commerce knowledge and market trends to devise business strategies.
