Title : Customer Service Location : sunway velocity Working Days : 5 days ( 24 x 7 rotational shift) Nature of Business : Established food delivery platform in Malaysia Salary Range : RM2400+200 attendance incentive + KPI RM 300 + RM15/night shift -Providing first contact resolution according to standard operating
procedures from both seller and buyer via live chat/call (i.e. :
orders, payments, refund ,shipping, voucher etc)
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (logistics, payment, and etc).
- Assist customer and sellers with product selection, answer basic questions and suggests
various product options that are available.
- Input customer interaction, problems in Customer Relation Management System (CRMS).
- Ensure all customers and sellers feedback/complaints/Disputes are addressed as and when required or escalate the same to the respective team when necessary. Requirements : -Min SPM or higher - Prefer got own transport ( required to work night shift) - Able to work rotational shift - Friendly and able to write & read in English Contract length:1 year contract( subject to renewable based on project availability and performance) Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month Schedule:
