Basic Salary:
RM2,700 - RM3,000 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities
Handle
inbound customer calls only
(no sales or outbound calls).
Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services.
Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer experience.
Work closely with team leaders to meet service level standards.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Malaysians only.
Minimum
Diploma or Degree
(fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Good command of English and communication skills.
Responsible, positive attitude, and customer-oriented.
Willing to work on
rotational shifts
, weekends, and public holidays.
