Job Description


Acts as key contact for allocated customers Accepts, coordinate and processes orders for freight Stays informed on shipment and exception status for allocated customers & handles enquiries & first level escalations Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions Proactively takes and handles any customer complaints solves customer complaints or assigns tasks to other functions Acts as first contact point for customer claims for notification and reception of claims and respective document collection Performs customer required customer reporting Search Criteria ( Important Column) Must Have Skills & Keywords (In Order of Importance) 1 Computer literacy - ability to use computers and related technology efficiently covering Microsoft office application. 2 Ability to speak & write in English language fluently 3 Able to manage stress 4 Able to multitask based on priority 5 Team player Primary responsibilities of this role + Percentage of time they will be perfoming them List of responsibility Percentage of time 1. Track & Trace An hour 2. Shipment coordination 3-4 hours 3. Handle customer enquiries & complains 0.5 to an hour depending on ability of the candidate 4. Manage customer reporting An hour
