Job Summary - CS Assistant Engineer
The CS Assistant Engineer provides technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for medical equipment and healthcare systems. This role combines engineering knowledge with customer service to ensure optimal equipment performance and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
: Diagnose and resolve issues with medical devices (e.g., ventilators, imaging systems).Installation & Maintenance
: Install, calibrate, and repair equipment; perform preventive maintenance.Customer Interaction
: Train hospital staff, provide documentation, and maintain strong client relationships.Compliance & Safety
: Follow regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO), infection control, and safety protocols.Reporting
: Maintain service logs, report recurring issues, and assist in updates and upgrades.Qualifications
Education
: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.Skills
: Strong troubleshooting, technical, and communication skills; experience with medical devices and IT systems.Preferred
: Certifications (e.g., Work at Height), knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.Working Conditions
Environment
: On-site at healthcare facilities, may involve shift work.Hours
: Based on operational requirements.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
