Job Description

- To greet customer promptly and courteously address customer enquires - To look after customers in the event of waiting times and facilitate the customer refreshments - To answer call promptly, screen and forward inquiries to the appropriate individuals - To schedule customer appointments and take messages as required by the customers - To notify Manager - Administration in case of customer complaints - To maintain service booking log book/DMS - To update any customer appointment changes to respective Customer Service Consultant - To prepare daily vehicle throughput report to the management - To maintain and achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score as per target set. - Fully compliance to Mercedes-Benz Workshop Process Consultant (WPC) and Dealer\xe2\x80\x99s standards - To arrange mobility for customer (arrange taxi or shuttle service) - To keep reception area and front desk clean and organized at all times to give a positive customer impression - To assist on cashier functions when necessary - Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned (Working Location : Jalan Ipoh)
