1. Welcomes guests to the hospital in a manner that adheres strictly to service guidelines as provided by the hospital, and contained in the Service Standards Program training, and which sets a positive, welcoming tone.
2. Assists patients whenever necessary to support a positive patient experience.
3. Conducts rounds, visiting with all patients in hospital wards, resolving and/or highlighting issues raised by patients.
4. Welcomes VIPs and accompanies them to the required destination and to alert customer service staff.
5. Attends promptly to complaints raised by customers, resolving issues or highlighting to senior Customer Service staff as necessary.
6. Collects surveys from around the hospital, and records numbers of patients visited in the ward.
