Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries / feedback / requests / complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but not limited to:

Communication tenants in person or via phone call.

Co-ordinate the TRX Leasing suite location during pre-opening until transitioning into the new mall environment.

Excellent communications skills with customers, team members and stakeholders.

Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanliness.

Conducting internal checks including tenant opening and closing hour.

Ensuing Lendlease compliance to the mall rules and regulations.

Attending to emergencies and responding according to the center Standard Operating Procedure

Concierge desk administration duties

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Assist in mall marketing events

Essential to this role is experience in customer service with an approachable and friendly demeanour.

Excellent proficiency in English is a must have skill for this role. Once the mall opens be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
