Tugas Tugas : 1. Menyediakan maklum balas yang cepat dan profesional kepada pertanyaan pelanggan 2. Mengendalikan aduan pelanggan, menyediakan penyelesaian dan alternatif yang sesuai dalam had masa; susulan untuk memastikan penyelesaian 3. Menghubungi pelanggan melalui telefon dan e-mel 4. Menyediakan laporan yang diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan 5. Sebarang kerja ad hoc yang telah ditugaskan. Keperluan Kerja: 1. Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya SPM/DIPLOMA, mana-mana bidang. 2. Kemahiran yang diperlukan: Kemahiran komunikasi asas, pengetahuan asas komputer, Bersedia untuk belajar, MS Office 3. Bahasa yang diperlukan: Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Inggeris 4. Graduan baru dialu-alukan (Latihan disediakan)
