Job Description

Responsibilities - Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries and transform leads into sales, training will be provided - Lead customers to introduce products and services of the company - Open and maintain customer profile by key in relevant information - To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback - Serving walk in customer or bring customers for company touring and explain on services available when needs arise Requirement - Minimum SPM Job Type: Full-time Schedule:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
