Customer Service Assistant (logistics/courier)

Job Description

Please note that this vacancy need to deal with courier/delivery agent system. Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to communicate with client and customer regarding delivered product.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with DHL courier system will be added advantage but not necessary.
  • Able to solve problem on customer complaint regarding product delivered.
  • Able to handle administration task that relate to courier management.
  • Able to handle database of receiving, return product and related database based on courier database.
  • Manage to make report and data sorting on product delivered and return.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics & Transportation, Supply Chain or any related field.
  • Experience in courier industry most welcome but the other industry can be consider.
  • Able to follow direction given by superior.
  • Able to finish up task based on timeline given.
  • Precise and details person in handle database.
  • Able to work at Sungai Petani, kedah.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
