Responsibilities 1. Execute and manage the full Vacant Possession (VP) processes from the preparation (before VP) to key collection. 2. Brief the customers on the handover process including the registration of customers in the Handover Vacant Possession (VP) Apps, handover over of property, checklist, and the handover kit. 3. Attend to the owner for the property handover of Vacant Possession (VP). 4. Coordinate and handling property maintenance (defects rectification) works to ensure all defects filed are rectified in timely manner. 5. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback in tactful and timely manner. 6. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. 7. Communicating with customers through various channels. 8. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 9. Communicating and coordinating with supplies, contractor and customer as necessary. 10.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. 11.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. 12.Ensure all records, data, and information are recorded and filed up to date. 13.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 14.Other assignments/ tasks/ duties as assigned by superior. Requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Customer Service, Front Desk or Hospitality industries. \xef\x82\xb7 Candidates must possess at least a SPM /O Level Professional Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitalisation, Real Estate Management, technical related to property development/management or its equivalent. \xef\x82\xb7 Candidates must possess at least 1 years of working experience in the related field. \xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin due to the nature of work (Written and Spoken). \xef\x82\xb7 Computer literacy all of the following: understanding the basic notions of computer manipulation; managing computer files, word processing, using spreadsheets and databases; creating presentations; finding information and communicating \xef\x82\xb7 Candidates must have a strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, and good interpersonal and communication skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Candidates must be able to work independently, be highly motivated, have impeccable communication skills, and be able to work under pressure. \xef\x82\xb7 Preferable specializing in Property or Real Estate or equivalent. \xef\x82\xb7 Possess own transport and willing to travel to site and local authorities office when needed. or can send update resume to joinus@seripajam.com.my
