Job description:
Organize and manage daily schedules for patient appointments, avoiding overlaps and ensuring optimal use of time slots.
Confirm appointments and reschedule as necessary, promptly communicating changes to patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including main lists, carer lists, and medical records, ensuring proper filing and secure storage.

Answer phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls to appropriate staff members.
Conduct daily filing of documents to maintain organized records, updating the guarantee letter (GL) according to expiration dates, and verifying GL before patient appointments to ensure billing accuracy.
Receive general work direction from Customer Relations Officer.
Requirements:
Must possess Diploma or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate.
1 year working experience.
Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Working experience in clerical duties.
Computer Literate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with different levels of staff.
Fresh graduates and Interns are encouraged to apply.

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
