Organize and manage daily schedules for patient appointments, avoiding overlaps and ensuring optimal use of time slots. Greet patients warmly upon arrival, assisting with registration procedures efficiently. Manage patient queues efficiently to minimize wait times and enhance their experience. Answer phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls to appropriate staff members. Assist in ensuring accurate billing information for rehabilitation services, generating bills for outpatient visits, and resolving billing inquiries efficiently. Conduct daily filing of documents to maintain organized records, updating the guaranteeletter (GL) according to expiration dates, and verifying GL before patient appointments to ensure billing accuracy.
Requirements:

Must possess Diploma or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate. 1 year working experience. Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Working experience in clerical duties. Computer Literate. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates and Interns are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
