Job Description


  • Must be work under pressure, Independent, pro-active, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting Software
  • 5 working days 2 shifts 9.30am to 7.00pm / 12.30pm to 10.00pm / 2 days full shift 9.30am to 10.00pm
  • Able to work on shift, weekends and public holiday
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers, sub-contractors, IKEA Co-worker and relevant party
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Arrange/Rearrange appointment schedule for customer and ensure proper records of customer details & follow with reminder call
  • Handle and resolve customer/contractor complaints and issues
  • Perform necessary follow up
  • Manage day to day customer service operation including administration duties
  • Issue invoice, official receipt and credit note
  • Prepare report to relevant party
  • Attend meeting with relevant party especially IKEA Co-workers
