Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Listen to customers' questions and concern and provide answers or responses.

Provide information about services.

Take order and calculate charges and process billing and payments.

Review customer accounts and make changes if necessary.

Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:



Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

At least one year of related working experience as customer service.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
