Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a minimum SPM Level, preferably have computer skill
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, friendly, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
• Able to work in the late evening into midnight.
• Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.

Responsibilities

• Sports, recreation plan, organize and control the operations of establishments that provide recreational and amenity services.
• able to work late daily from 3pm to 12 am on weekend and public holiday
• Ensuring that facilities are kept clean and in good condition;
• Advising on the facilities available and promoting publicity in relation to events, shows and activities;
• Checking and keeping custody of all cash receipts and making regular stock checks;
• Planning and directing daily operations;
• Controlling the selection, supervision and performance of staff;
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
