Job Description


  • Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player with positive work attitudes
  • Able to work in fast paced environment with high stress tolerance
Responsibilities
  • Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance
  • Process bookings and executes pertinent orders
  • Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy
  • Sourcing and qualifying contractors and direct negotiation with carriers for competitive pricing
  • Communicate with overseas office / agents / shipping line / clients
  • Attend to all clients\' inquiries via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately to their queries
  • Responsive to internal and external customers\' call for duty, addressing concerns and offer solutions
  • Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
  • Perform other duties as assigned
