Make a difference as Customer Service Assistant
Join our international team in Malaysia and help ensure our high-quality vegetable seeds reach customers around the world smoothly and compliantly. As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the link to assist between logistics, sales, and customer satisfaction. Making a real impact every day. Next to that, you'll be responsible for:Liaise with customer service department and warehouse department regarding daily activities. Support the customer service team in processing transfer orders, monitoring sales orders, and receiving purchase orders (PO), and process them in the system. Ensure manual delivery order and dispatch note follow up in right procedures. Assist in planning of shipments and activities based on requirement. Apply and follow up with government agencies for certificates relating to import and export clearance. Manage customer purchase order/ sales order, from picking list still invoice status. Filling and perform other routine clerical tasks and ad-hoc support as required.

In short, you:Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in Logistic/equivalent is preferred. Preferably with 1 years & above experience in the related field. Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff. Knowledge of computer is essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Able to work in a teamwork environment and with minimal supervision.
