Answer customer queries via telephone/email/direct contact.
To keep track of daily flights operating in and out of WMSA and coordinate with handlers on booking arrangements.
To assist Manager in updating reports for BAC movements, The Lounge movements, petty cash reports and any other reports relevant to the department.
Prepare the BAC for departures/ arrivals/ events according to workflow.
Constantly carrying out tasks during the shift as per Checklist form and monitoring inventory is updated on weekly basis.
To manage the facilities on daily basis ie: Lounge Area/ Toilets/ Songket Room/ Crew Rooms.
To inform and report to Manager on any damages/ breakdown, incidents and accidents at lounge.
To adhere to any ad-hoc assignments given by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/ Diploma in related field.
At least 1 years of experience in service/hospitality industry.
Experienced working in restaurant/ lounge would be an advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (speaking and writing).
Good communication and excellent people skills.
Willing to work at Subang Airport.
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,450.00 per month COVID-19 considerations: All staff & tenants are required to wear mask and practice good personal hygiene. Ability to commute/relocate:
