Candidate must possess at least SPM/O-level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Marketing or equivalent.
Basic Adobe illustration/ Photoshop will be an added advantage
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
Possess basic skills and knowledge of computers
Good coordination/teamwork
Hard-Working, Responsibility and willing to learn

Responsibilities

Handle daily Shopee/website/social media customer inquiries
Handle post sales service and support
Handle daily social media posting arranged by superior
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
