Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/O-level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Basic Adobe illustration/ Photoshop will be an added advantage
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Possess basic skills and knowledge of computers
  • Good coordination/teamwork
  • Hard-Working, Responsibility and willing to learn
  • Fresh grades are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
  • Handle daily Shopee/website/social media customer inquiries
  • Handle post sales service and support
  • Handle daily social media posting arranged by superior
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
