Roles and Responsibilities
Attend to all incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Perform various reception and admin duties.
May be required to assist other related duties as and when needed.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications.
Experience as Receptionist or customer service ground job is preferable.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Customer oriented with high level of service attitude.
Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
Good attitude and strong discipline
Working Hours
Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays) , 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday (excluding Public Holidays), 8.30am to 1.30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
