1. To understand the respective customer's business operations, processes and needs by knowing the PICs and their respective areas of operations for communication and decisions.
2. Act on behalf of customer to demand performance excellence from internal ops teams by Investigation into service failures and feedback to customer of propose solutions.
3. To work closely with ops team to find the root causes of non compliance, analyze, diagnose and even come out with corrective action report for any service failure and forward the investigations results back to customer on a timely manner.
4. Handle all incoming calls. Process booking/amendments/cancellations received via phone/fax or emails and handle all sales enquiries.
5. To ensure that customers are properly advice on the booking status.
6. Handle customer complaints and enquiries.
7. Proactive communication with customers to improve on customer relationships.
8. To undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and management from time to time.
